Recreational Classes

COVID-19 Notice!

The information below may be impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and NEAG's reopening plan.  Please check our homepage for the most up to date information and resources.

Our Recreational Class Program is for boys and girls ages 5+. Classes are progressive in nature, and are divided by gender, age, and ability, to ensure that each athlete gets the most out of each and every class. Our curriculum is based off of the standards set forth by USA Gymnastics, to ensure that your child is learning the proper skills and techniques as they progress from our beginner, through advanced class levels. Multiple classes are encouraged for quicker skill development, and are offered at a 10% discount!

Girls Classes

Athletes in our girls program will develop skills on the 4 women’s

artistic gymnastics events: Vault, Bars,

strength, flexibility, and confidence!

Boys Classes

Our boys program is designed to instill gymnastics fitness and skill building on all of the men's Olympic events: Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, High Bar, and Parallel Bars.

Rolling Enrollment

Rolling enrollment is ideal for continuous gymnastics skill development.  Unlike traditional sessions, or semesters, rolling enrollment allows families to register once and be guaranteed their space in the class for as long as they'd like it!  Our school year classes are offered from September-June, and our summer classes are offered from July-August.

How it Works

Register for a class that best fits your child's age, and ability level.  If your schedule changes, or your child needs to move up a level, simply give us a call and we can switch your child's class anytime.

In addition to an easy registration process, we also offer a convenient monthly payment plan, rather than paying for a group of classes up front.  Just put a card on file, and we'll auto-charge your child's monthly tuition on the 1st of the month for each month they are enrolled.  If you ever need to take a break, just submit a cancellation form at least 30-days before you'd like your child's last class to be.  When you're ready to start back up, give our office a call and we'll help you find a great class for your child.
